- Shared restroom with sink and electric hand dryer inside suite

- Two additional restrooms outside of the suite

- Also supplied: Paper goods, Cleaning supplies for the center, Vacuum, Ceramic cups, Tea cups, Tea bags, Heated and Chilled filtered water, Microwave oven, Refrigerator, Hand soap.

- Has its own sink and vanity cabinet

Room 2 (no sink): $700 per month
- Measures: 9.83 feet x 7.58 feet [74.51 sq ft]

Room 3 (no window): $700 per month

This 4-room unit is a quiet space where clients come to relax and let go of their stresses.  My ideal renter is someone who respects the peacefulness of the space, who is dedicated to their craft and who will be respectful of their fellow renters.
The licensed professionals I feel would thrive in this space would be an Esthetician, Physical Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist...for example.

My holistic wellness and yoga center is located in a medical office building in Woodridge, just west of the corner of Route 53 and Hobson Rd. I've rented this space for more than 14 years. During that time, I have made it a place where my clients can be relaxed as soon as they walk in the door. Its beautifully decorated, very quiet, and there is plenty of easily accessible parking.
