After your evaluation, I will provide you with a personalized at-home skin care regimen recommending professional skin care products made by Glymed or Skinscript. I will also send you an email containing written instructions and give you verbal instructions on how and when to properly use each product I recommend for you.
Your first Follow-up appointment is FREE and takes approximately 15 minutes
Once you have received your recommended products, you can schedule your follow up appointment one week afterwards. However, if you have any immediate questions or concerns, you can schedule your follow-up appointment with me sooner so I can see how your skin looks and have you describe to me how it feels. During your follow-up appointment, I will walk you through the home techniques for using your products (if needed), answer any questions or concerns you may have, and make any necessary adjustments.
Skin care product recommendations will be only professional-grade products made by Glymed and/or Skinscript. These are the only brands of products I use on my own skin and on the skin of my clients for in-person facial appointments.
I have extensive training on and knowledge of the Glymed and Skinscript products and love the ingredients, quality, and outstanding results they provide for myself and for my clients.

Chemical Exfoliation can be used for Hyper-Pigmentation, Acne, Scarring, Fine Lines, or evening out skin tone and texture. Some concerns for peels might also include increased hyper-pigmentation for those with darker skin tones. Benefits of an Enzyme Facial:

LED Light $15 for maintenance session
LED, which stands for Light Emitting Diode, is a light treatment. It is used to build collagen in quantifiable percentages, corrects surface damage like sun damage, hyper-pigmentation, melasma, wrinkles, rosacea, acne and large pores. These were all issues that could only previously be corrected with a laser or chemical peel.
Now I can give my clients a series of LED light therapy facials without any side effects and see significant results.
It is a noninvasive anti-aging approach that works by emitting energy-producing packets of light deep into the skin’s layers to stimulate collagen and elastin production and destroy acne-causing bacteria.
When light therapy is used, this triggers cellular activity producing ATP and, once produced, the tissue uses it to carry out healing and rejuvenation in the treated area. It is often used in combination with other treatments to enhance results.
LED light therapy is great for anyone who wants to improve the overall appearance of their skin, no matter how old they are. It is safe and effective for all skin types and skin colors.
This is a painless process a panel of gentle light is held right above your skin while you wear a protective cover over your eyes. The only thing you can do is close your eyes and drift off to sleep.

The Eye Rejuvenator uses scientifically proven micro current technology to increase oxygen and blood circulation and to improve the fibroblast activity which speeds up natural collagen production to the delicate eye area while also increasing product permeability of eye creams and serums to further enhance their effectiveness.
While micro current technology alone can produce some heat, the machine I use on my clients has a titanium block that heats up as the current travels through it. It will heat up to body temperature (98 degrees) right under the round tip.

After doing intense research to decide the skin treatment machines I wanted to invest in, I wanted a machine that would provide the best results but with no risks of harming my clients. I chose to invest in a highly effective, noninvasive, and expensive professional-only facial equipment called the DermaSound Ultra.
The machine is gentle, non-invasive, safe and suitable for all skin types, Acne, Rosacea, Mature skin, and thin skin.
The most sensitive skin types may have a slight bit of pinkness after a treatment, but that should subside within 30 minutes. It will leave everyone else with clear, bright, glowing, hydrated, plumped-up skin with a youthful glow.

Why is an ultrasonic clinical skin treatment better than Microdermabrasion or Hydradermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion removes dead skin cells to even out the skin tone while stimulating circulation and giving the skin a smooth, youthful appearance. This treatment is best for thicker skin and is not ideal for sensitive skin (certainly not for anyone with rosacea). The problem with the treatment itself is that the suction/vacuum method used can pull and tug on the skin, causing redness, dilating and sometimes even breaking capillaries. I have seen many people with thin, sensitive skin who had been getting regular microdermabrasion treatments and now have significant damage with capillaries and have to undergo laser treatments to repair the skin.
So instead of purchasing and using a microdermabrasion or a hydradermabrasion machine, I decided I would prefer using ultrasonic exfoliation in my practice for my clients because it won’t potentially damage your skin (and it is pain-free).
There are no risks with a DermaSound Ultra treatment. However, some people are excluded from the treatment including pregnant women and people with pacemakers or metal prosthetics.Personally, I like to do an enzyme peel beforehand to start the exfoliation process so when I use the ultrasonic tool it exfoliates deeper into the skin to give better results.
Here's what to expect from a DermaSound Ultra treatment:
Step #1: Cleansing/Peeling
Purified H2O is used to gently deep-clean the skin.
This phase removes up to 50% of the "stratum corneum" this is the outer layer of the skin which we continuously shed. It works using a water solution that is applied to the skin to loosen surface dead skin cells and a guided spatula activated by ultrasonic sound waves (28,000 vibrations per second) lifts the dry skin cells off the skin.
The cleansing or peeling phase works by cavitation (the sound waves spin the water very quickly, and the water loosens and removes dead cells, dirt, and oils as it hits the skin’s surface).
The process is very effective on blackheads, acne, rosacea, and enlarged pores. This cleansing, gently removes the dead surface skin cells and cleans out follicles without the irritation and inflammation that is sometimes associated with mechanical methods.
While doing this, the water solution is also being infused deep into the skin allow the “new” skin cells to get hydrated.
Step #2: Infusion/Sonophoresis
The second step is used to “push” nourishing products into the skin. This is one of DermaSound's best features!
Effective penetration of the epidermis is extremely difficult for skin care products especially if they contain large molecules like amino acids, peptides, and certain vitamins. The ultrasound makes that penetration possible, the process is called "sonophoresis”.
The ultrasonic waves are applied to create small temporary openings in the skin that allow treatment serums to cross over into the skin. In this step I infuse high concentrations of products that may consist of hydrators, anti-oxidants, brighteners, and or growth factors to be penetrated into the skin to provide deep environmental healing and protection. The products are liberally to the skin and the hand instrument is lightly stroked over your skin.
Step #3: Microcurrent
This phase normalizes the skin with a very mild electrical current. It is a medically proven and pain-free process to restore individual cells' natural electrical charge.
Microcurrent normalizes the electrical current within a skin’s cell that is disrupted as a cell ages or is injured by environmental stressors like the sun. The cell’s electrical charge is responsible for regulating the flow of nutrients and waste in and out.
The paddle is lightly stroked over the face and throat creating a slight pulsing and warming on the face.
When a cell has been damaged due to environmental causes, like overexposure to the sun or aging, the cell's electrical current is adversely effected, restricting the flow of nutrients into the cell and waste products out of the cell. This condition makes it difficult for cells to heal.
This "patting phase" helps normalize the electric current within the cells and promotes healing, cell regeneration and resiliency.
Microcurrent Therapy breathes new life into tired, injured and aging skin.
